At Saved Society Co., every order is prepared with care, and we want you to feel confident before completing your purchase.

All purchases made through Saved Society Co. are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including incorrect size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Please carefully review your size, color, quantity, shipping information, and product selection before completing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Although all sales are final, we will always work to make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, eligible claims may receive a replacement or other appropriate resolution at the discretion of Saved Society Co.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. Because sizing may vary between products, we strongly recommend reviewing the product description and available size guide before placing your order.

Incorrect sizing does not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Saved Society Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. Orders that have entered processing or production cannot be canceled.
